Video-Based Reflection and Peer Coaching in Enhancing TEFL Student-Teachers' Teaching Practices of Receptive Skills

This study examines the effect of selfie video reflection, model lesson and peer-coaching relating to videos on TEFL student-teachers' receptive skills teaching practices. An observation checklist (11) practices was used by participants during reflection. Four groups (6) carried out two practice days each week for three months met with researcher monthly. The first group recorded their lessons reflected them. second watched teacher's performance. third lessons, reflecting them peers, as well recording performance peers. fourth received only educational supervisors' mentor teachers' feedback. results reveal that use peer coaching self-recorded enhances skills.
